What happens when I run out of credits?
Credit-based features pause until your allowance resets at the start of the next billing month, or until you buy a top-up credit pack. Nothing is deleted and your automations resume as soon as credits are available.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Credits bought as top-up packs are added to your balance and are not tied to the monthly reset.
Are Printify or marketplace fees included?
No. PallFlow charges for the automation and generation work it performs. Product costs, shipping, Printify charges and any Etsy or Shopify fees are billed by those platforms directly, under your own accounts.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time from your account settings, and your monthly credit allowance changes with the plan.
