Illustrative run · your schedule, your limits
The hard part
was never the idea.
Print-on-demand is a volume game. The sellers who win are the ones who put enough designs in front of enough buyers to find the few that convert. Everyone knows this. Almost nobody can sustain it — because every single product means a design, a title, thirteen tags, a description, mockups, variants, pricing and a publish click.
Do that forty times a week and you're not running a store. You're running a data entry job.
And the other half of the problem gets ignored entirely: the dead listings. Products that sat for ninety days with no sales, still cluttering your shop, still eating your listing fees, still dragging your store's signal down.

by your own rules
Five stations. One continuous loop.
Every product PallFlow creates moves through the same line. You can stand at any station and take over manually, or let the whole thing run on its own.
01
Design
Generate artwork with AI from a prompt, or feed the line from your own uploaded design library.
02
Listing
Titles, descriptions and tags written per channel — Etsy's 13-tag limit and Shopify's rich text are handled differently, on purpose.
03
Publish
Blueprint, variants, placement, pricing margin and shipping profile applied, then pushed live to the store you picked.
04
Track
Every run is logged step by step. Failed runs resume from their last checkpoint instead of starting over.
05
Prune
Products that go stale without sales get pulled, keeping the shop full of things still worth testing.
Drive it yourself, or set it and walk away.
Mode A
Manual — the design wizard
A guided, step-by-step build when you want control over a specific product. You approve every decision before anything reaches your store.
- Pick a blueprint and print provider from the Printify catalog
- Generate artwork with AI, or upload your own design file
- Position the print, choose variants and colours
- Review the generated title, description and tags before publishing
- Apply a pricing margin profile across every variant at once
- Assign Shopify collections or Etsy sections at publish time
Mode B
Automatic — scheduled runs
Configure the rules once. PallFlow then produces and publishes new products on your schedule, day after day, until you turn it off.
- Set a daily product limit and the weekdays it should run
- Run in your own timezone, not someone else's server time
- Target seasonal demand with special-day scheduling and lead time
- Choose the source: AI prompts, or a folder of your own designs
- Route output to a specific Etsy or Shopify store connection
- Every step checkpointed — a failed run resumes, it doesn't restart
Everything a print-on-demand shop actually runs on.
AI design generation
Turn a text prompt into print-ready artwork with a transparent background, ready to drop onto any blueprint.
Listing generator
Titles, descriptions and tags written for the channel you are publishing to — with a live character counter so nothing gets truncated.
Background removal & upscaling
Clean edges and resolution good enough to actually print, without leaving the app.
Mockup rendering
Product mockups generated per variant and colour, then attached to the listing automatically.
Pricing margin profiles
Define a margin once and apply it across every variant, so you never hand-price a 40-variant product again.
Collections & sections
Products land in the right Shopify collection or Etsy section instead of an unsorted pile.
Trend research
See what is currently moving on Etsy, and feed those signals straight into your next batch of designs.
E-commerce calendar
A built-in calendar of retail moments so seasonal products go live with enough lead time to rank.
Run logs & approvals
Step-level logs for every automation run, plus an optional approval queue before anything goes public.

products land.
PallFlow sits between your design pipeline and the marketplaces. Connect once, publish everywhere you sell.

ETSY AUTOMATIONShopify
Push products with rich-text descriptions and automated collection rules, so new items sort themselves into the right place.

Blueprints, print providers, variants, mockups and fulfilment — the physical side of every product you create.

What is PallFlow?
PallFlow is a print-on-demand automation platform for Etsy and Shopify sellers. It generates product designs and listings, publishes them to your connected stores either manually or on a schedule, and automatically removes products that are not selling so your catalog keeps testing new ideas.
Does PallFlow work with both Etsy and Shopify?
Yes. PallFlow publishes to Etsy and Shopify, and it treats them differently on purpose. Etsy listings are generated within Etsy's 13-tag limit with section assignment, while Shopify products get rich-text descriptions and can be routed into automated collections using tag-based rules.
Do I have to use AI-generated designs?
No. You can upload your own artwork and point an automation at that design library instead. AI generation is one source of designs, not a requirement — many sellers run PallFlow purely as a publishing and pruning engine for artwork they created themselves.
How does the automatic removal of unsold products work?
You define the rules — how long a product may sit without a sale before it is considered stale. PallFlow then pulls those products from the store, freeing up space and listing fees for fresh designs. Nothing is removed outside the rules you set, and every removal is recorded in the run log.
What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are the unit PallFlow bills work in. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance and each operation costs a fixed amount — for example an AI image costs 10 credits, a background removal costs 2, and a complete listing with title, description and tags costs 3. Credits are validated before an operation runs, so you are never charged for work that did not complete.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 50 credits every month, AI image generation, the listing generator and one active automation, with no credit card required. It is enough to run a real product through the full pipeline before deciding whether to upgrade.
